The Online Dictionary Directory is a free directory of monolingual, bilingual and multilingual dictionaries, glossaries and encyclopaedias. The dictionary search currently provides you links to over 100 encyclopaedias, glossaries and translation dictionaries in 137 different languages from all over the world. Our online catalog is frequently updated and also enables users to add other useful encyclopaedias, glossaries and translation dictionaries they found on the internet, that are currently not included in our Online Dictionary Directory. As our database is constantly growing and improving we hope to develop a good and helpful internet resource for online information and knowledge, accessable for everybody at any place and any time.

With the Dictionary Directory you can search dictionaries by language, subject and title. Use the comprehensive index of 138 languages and 22 categories to find your personal source and target language and topics of your personal interest. Every language category has the following subcategories:

With our translator it is possible to look up words and short phrases in different languages. The result of a query is a list of words ordered by language. At the moment the translator has wordlists for English, French, German, Hungarian, Serbian and Spanish. More words and lists will be added in the future.
